Treaty of Morfontaine: Морфонтенский договор

Заключен между США и Францией 30 сентября 1800. Положил конец нападениям французского флота на американские суда. По договору стороны возвращали друг другу захваченные, но еще не проданные суда, отменяли досмотр судов и морскую блокаду и обещали предоставить друг другу портовые привилегии. Заменил собой Договор о союзе 1778. Однако вопрос о возмещении причиненного ущерба был решен только в 1803, когда Наполеон согласился уплатить США 3,75 млн. долларов
